A rare variety bred by a Catalonian farmer to honour his wife. Fortunately for us, it was preserved by his grandson Jesus Bargus. This tall pea grows to 2m high and has lovely large flowers followed by pods containing an average of 10 sweet peas. Delicious straight from the plant, but if they make it to the kitchen, they retain their sweetness when frozen.
