We are continuing to see a renewed interest in the revival of the traditional Irish Orchard and most people have fond memories of orchards from their childhood. This course will cover choice of site, layout of orchard, choosing rootstocks, soil preparation, drainage, maintenance, health and disease and choosing varieties.
