An Italian heirloom with red plum shaped medium size fruit with thin skin. Good ‘meaty’ flesh with a rich classic tomato flavour ideal for salads but especially loved for drying as this variety retains both flavour and colour when dried. Fast growing plant with weighty clusters of tomatoes.
