Soissons is one of the most ancient towns in the North East of France beside the Aisine River. This is a rich agricultural valley from which this traditional bush-bean hails. An upright plant 40cm tall, white cream flowers. Flat oval pods can be eaten fresh or allow the beans to mature, the white seeds can be kept for a dried bean.
