Taking place on Saturday, February 22nd<\/strong>, this exciting event is a fantastic opportunity to explore new vegetable crops, support biodiversity, and connect with a thriving community of growers and seed savers.<\/p>\n Whether you\u2019re an experienced gardener or a complete beginner, everyone is welcome at the Seed Share.<\/p>\n How It Works<\/strong><\/p>\n Why Attend?<\/strong><\/p>\n Seed shares are important because they connect people to seeds and each other. Seed shares not only bring seeds home to gardeners, but also create the opportunity to steward a pollinated variety for years to come!<\/p>\n In the last century the world has lost over 75% of its edible plant varieties. A network of home gardeners and growers is vital to boost plant diversity \u2013 and that\u2019s why Irish Seed Savers work hard to ensure open-pollinated seeds get into the hands of as many gardeners as possible.
