Following the dedication, guests are invited to enjoy a self-guided tour of the gardens and orchards, exploring one of Ireland’s most significant collections of traditional fruit trees. In the afternoon, there will be a screening of Tommy Hayes’ documentary ‘The Garden Where the Praties Grow’. The film celebrates Ireland’s rich agricultural heritage and the importance of preserving traditional food crops, while also featuring Stephen Marsh and recognising his significant contribution to the collection.
