These gorgeous big flat squash/pumpkins are shaped like wheels of cheese, heavily lobbed and ridged. The skin ripens from deep green to a rich brown colour when fully ripe. The flesh is deep orange, dense with exceptional flavour. This is a traditional autumn variety from Southern France.
