Description
A green apple with burgundy blush. Medium sized and long. It bears crunchy, juicy apples prolifically – as the name suggests it is probably best suited to cider making. A new variety in the ISSA catalogue, this variety is still under research. Unconfirmed links with the Caledon Estate of Co. Tyrone and Tynan Abbey Co. Armagh. Collected and preserved by the Armagh Orchard Trust.
