Description
Very attractive large apple. Delightful to see the crop on the tree. So-called because of their strawberry colour. Large apples are ideal for tarts and baking. Best used fresh from the tree as they do not keep. As the name suggests the cultivar is traditional to Co. Cavan and is said to resemble a strawberry in appearance.
