Description
A cider apple from Limerick, Sweeteen is a small- to medium-sized, olive-shaped, lemon-yellow apple with a pale red flush. The flesh is white, tangy and quite acidic. When in fruit in September it is a very pretty tree. A self-rooting variety, it strikes very well from hardwood cuttings.
