Doyenné du Comice is an exceptional dessert pear with a rich, sweet flavour and buttery texture. Doyenné du Comice needs a sunny, sheltered spot to produce moderate but high-quality crops. Introduced from France in the 1840s and recognised by the RHS with an Award of Garden Merit.
