Touchstone Gold Beetroot is a vigorous, quick-growing, brilliant yellow beet.  It was developed by being rebred from old seed stocks. The round, golden roots have smooth skin and delicious, sweet-flavoured, bright yellow flesh. The colour keeps well, even when cooked. It’s also a delight in salads.
