This classic butternut squash variety originates from Perth. Medium-sized plants produce squash that come in a range of shapes, from bottleneck to cylindrical. The skin is pink-tan in colour and the flesh is orange and sweet-tasting. Good storers. Should be grown under cover, either strung up or left to sprawl on the ground.
